Mentoring
Each COTB Regional Executive Forum is led by a skilled Chair, experienced at running or advising medium, or larger businesses, either as a CEO themselves, or similar high-level management.
Chairs have been carefully selected to ensure a candidate can engage each REF group, develop the group’s own dynamic and work closely with the members in a mentoring capacity as required.

Gippsland Victoria Chapter Chair
